New Employee Orientation is different from the New Faculty Orientation Inservice. All Chemeketa employees attend the New Employee Orientation. Only New Faculty attend the New Faculty Inservice and follow-up seminars. These are designed specifically for faculty interests, whereas the New Employee Orientation covers areas of interest to all Chemeketa employees.
